Overview

When we first started traveling back in the mid-90s, we were super hyped up about safety – avoiding scams, getting robbed, and making sure we had cash and backup traveler’s cheques to get us out of trouble if we lost our wallets or bags. We had money belts, neck pouches, and a couple of other repositories to stash emergency funds.

While we don’t travel with near as much cash these days, and traveler’s cheques are a thing of the past; we still take precautions to secure our funds and possessions.

Of course, new products, brands, and retailers emerge all the time.

We try to keep up, but please tell us if you know of products, services, and brands you think are superior to those mentioned. We’re always excited to learn about and test new things.
